I offer individual psychoanalysis informed by Jungian psychology and other classical psychoanalytic and psychodynamic traditions.

People come to analysis for many reasons, often during periods of uncertainty, transition, difficulty, conflict or grief. Others seek analysis for deeper self-understanding, or to engage more fully with their creative or inner life.

In our work, attention is given to present life concerns as well as the underlying – often unconscious – patterns that may be shaping your emotional experience, relationships, sense of meaning or purpose, and creative expression.

My approach is guided by the individuality of each person who comes to consult me. I aim to meet each person as openly as possible, allowing their experience to be understood on and in its own terms. I also invite whichever modes of expression feel most natural or accessible, which may include conversation, writing, artwork, movement, dreams and other forms of imaginative or symbolic exploration.

I practise as an Analyst-in-Training at the International School of Analytical Psychology (ISAP Zurich) and work under regular supervision with senior training analysts. My academic background is in psychology and religious studies, with additional training in mental health crisis response.
